Why We're Coming Back

We know the last few months have been stressful. Changes in approval processes, software rollouts, and communication gaps have caused frustration—not just for leadership but for everyone on each team. To fix these issues and rebuild our sense of unity, we’re bringing everyone back to the office for a short, intense push. Together, we’ll reconnect, sharpen our processes, launch new collaboration tools, and change how we work in NetSuite. We want to come out of this with less confusion, stronger teamwork, and a better way of doing things.

Software Re-Tooling & Overhaul

We're rolling out new tools like Front, Dialpad, and Notion, and refining how we use NetSuite. Being on-site lets us get hands-on practice and iron out any kinks right away.

Team Building

Rapid changes and remote communication sometimes hurt our team spirit. Face-to-face time will help us rebuild trust, clear up misunderstandings, and strengthen our connections for better collaboration.

Mindset Change

We want to shift how we approach work in NetSuite—from quick fixes to more strategic, big-picture thinking. Working together in person makes it easier to adopt new habits and support each other through the transition.

Fast Feedback & Face-to-Face Training

During our time on-site, we'll run short, intensive trainings with immediate feedback loops. This helps us spot workflow gaps and fix them right away, so confusion doesn't grow and everyone stays aligned.
