Week Three: Performance & Culture
Continuing our daily operations push but adding a deeper focus on people, principles, and performance-based pay. Let’s strengthen our culture and raise our standards together.
Week Three Overview
We'll keep refining our heads-down work sessions—squashing bugs, cleaning data, and dialing in best practices—but this week also focuses on culture and people. We'll formally introduce performance-based pay and engage more with our 13 Principles and how they shape our daily decisions . Expect short "culture sessions" sprinkled in each day, plus an opportunity to volunteer for ongoing cross-team projects like finalizing assembly items in NetSuite.
- Culture & People Emphasis: Formal rollout of performance pay discussion, deeper principle alignment, and volunteer opportunities.
- Ongoing Operational Improvement: Keep refining day-to-day tasks with leadership roams, data fixes, and any leftover “bad habits” from Weeks 1 & 2.
By the end of Week Three, you should feel comfortable with both your daily ops duties and the cultural expectations that shape how we work together.
