What is the Issues Tool?

We use a Motion board as our centralized platform to track and resolve issues. Whether it’s a broken railing, a software bug, or a process improvement request, all submissions are funneled through email, SMS, or a web form and automatically assigned to the right team. By leveraging Motion, we ensure that every reported issue is visible, updated, and resolved promptly.

Getting Started

Below are the steps to make your first submission and follow it through Motion. It’s designed to be simple and intuitive, even if you’re not familiar with Motion.

Step 1

Choose a Submission Method

Send an email, text us, or scan our QR code to access the web form. Provide as much detail as possible to help us respond quickly.

Step 2

Issue Lands in Motion

Our routing rules in Front will parse your message and automatically create or update an issue in the Motion board.

Step 3

Watch & Collaborate

You’ll be added as a watcher. Motion will send notifications when your issue is updated, assigned, or resolved.
