Over the next four weeks, we'll dismantle the confusion caused by our many recent changes. This is our “hard reset” — an opportunity to learn, align, and adopt new tools and processes in a more organized, collaborative way.

Our Big Why

Over the past few years, Veckridge has grown rapidly — new staff, new software, new strategies. We’ve changed how we do business (like thinking in “batches”), but we haven’t always managed that change professionally. Gaps have formed, cracks have shown, and confusion has crept in.

That’s why we’re taking this time, in the office together, to re-onboard everyone. Whether you’ve been here for a month or ten years, let’s wipe the slate clean, realign our processes, and ensure everyone is on the same page. This four-week plan will guide us through each core area: new software, updated NetSuite workflows, advanced communication tools (Front + Dialpad), and even a fresh approach to knowledge sharing in Notion.
