Week Four: Goals & Housekeeping
Our final push for re-onboarding: aligning on 4DX goal-setting, tackling bad habits like PTO confusion, and tying everything together with final SOP tweaks and a long-term roadmap.
Week Four Overview
In our final week, we focus on setting meaningful goals that tie to Veckridge’s long-term success. We’ll also tackle housekeeping items—from curbing PTO and calendar chaos to refining and finalizing any SOPs still in flux. By week’s end, we want every team member operating with a clear sense of purpose and an organized, stable toolkit.
- Introduction to 4DX & Goal Setting: Setting wildly important goals (WIGs), building scoreboards, and creating accountability loops.
- Nipping Bad Habits: Scheduling discipline, PTO requests, and ensuring we respect each other’s calendars.
- Final SOP Tweaks & Long-Term Roadmap: Polishing the last bits of our processes, clarifying ownership, and mapping out future improvements.
- Ongoing Tech Improvements: Addressing leftover system quirks in NetSuite, Front, Notion, or Motion so we finish strong.
Let’s wrap up the Alignment Initiative by ensuring we have measurable goals and clean processes to carry us forward into the next phase of Veckridge’s growth.
